5 ways that internet access could change the life of the homless could potentially be are, buying online goods (cheaper) and getting it delivered to your doorstep (just the doorstep), they could educate themselves to make themselves employable and a valuble part of society, they could look for homeless shelters on the internet, see where their family are and they could even keep up to date with the news.

The impact of not having the internet could be quite large, especially if they have lived with it once in education in a MEDC, for example not keeping up to date with current world affairs which could effect thier living, also the lack of communication, this impacts thier social skills, without them re-entering society would be very difficult.

Things that are more important to a person maybe, family, friends, food, sleep and a good income...the list goes on...in a homeless person state, a wash kit would be somewhere near the top.
