Investigate I.C.T. at your Library

What does your local library have to offer in terms of internet access?
Why and How is the I.C.T. used?
How convenient is it?
What, if any, has there been an impact on library life?

My local libary in Stubbington has alot to offer as far as village libary's go, its just had a refit, kitting it ou with 8 brand spanking new computers. The computers are there to use for FREE provided you have a libary card, I have never used them myself, but I would assume its mostly people searching for book titles or maybe for homeless to find local homeless shelters.
Its location is central to the main village, its approx 200m from the last shop, (Imperial Garden Chinese restaurant), the IT itself is also very conveniant, especially if your computer breaks down.
I would personally say that the IT facilities have attracted alot more people, its alot livelier now...
