Making Choices

Your grandmother wants a mobile phone. She does not have a price limit as such but she wants to spend as little as possible.
Investigate the phones avaliable for her and suggest one for her. Evaluate very carefully why she should buy the one you suggest. State any assumptions you make carefully.

Well, my grandmother is quite good with technology. Although she can use the features of modern day phones, she would still rather have a phone that can send and reveice text messages and phone calls.
In terms of what method she would use to pay for her calls, a contract would just be silly, pay-as-you-go on the other hand would be a wise choice as its not used very often so it would work out the cheapest.

My assumption would be for the next step of the process would be choosing a phone...

Her Current phone is a Nokia 3310, very easy phone to use, all you need really, choosing another phone seems to me a wrong thing to do. But if its a nessecity I would simply go for something smaller.
The Nokia 3410 is a great little phone, again very simple and its the very next upgrade to her current phone. The amzing feature of this phone that the other one doesn't have is its 7 customisable ringtones and downloadable java games!
