Business communicatiosn over the past 25-30 years have improved dramatically, you used to ahve to be situated in an office or at home to discuss things with clients and so on, now obviously this has be resolved with the intoduction of mobile phones. Another example was the typed letter or before that hand written, now they are digitalised on computers and take minutes to get to thier destinations and can even be recieved on certain hand sets. Also business communications are much cheaper in the 'now' as emails are free where as you would have to pay for stamps, envelopes and paper.
